Stretch Wrap

Applications of Stretch Wrap:
Our stretch wrap is commonly used to unitize pallet loads but also used for bundling smaller items.

Descriptions of Stretch Wrap:
1. Stretch wrap, also named stretch film, is a highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items.
2. The most common stretch wrap material is linear low-density polyethylene orLLDPE, including C4, C6, C8 and PE (MPE)
3. Three-layer co-extruding structure is ideal for the stretch wrap.
4. Our stretch film has many properties, such as high transparency, good elasticity, improved break strength, tear resistance and puncture resistance etc.

Features of Stretch Wrap:
1. Unitization: improve the stability of products or packages, forming a unit to avoid looseness and separation
2. Primary protection: some degree of dust, oil and moisture protection
3. Fixity: stretch wrapping is the most cost-effective way to keep loads secured on a pallet in warehouse distribution
4. Low cost: only cost about 15% of original box packaging, 35% of shrink film packaging and 50% of carton packaging
