It is made up of pretreatment tank, vacuum emulsifying and mixing tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic circuit, feeding system, electrical control system and working platform.
This machine is used to produce cream and salve in cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The machine is of good use to confect and emulsify the materials with high viscosity coefficient or high rate of solids.
