QB-GF-80 High Speed Automatic Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetic, medical and food industry and it is fit for processing aluminum plastic tubes, plastic tubes, filling and sealing various kinds of creams, emulsions and oils etc in aluminum tubes.
This Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine has many automatic functions such as: automatic feeding tube, comparative test of color control patch, filling and sealing, printing code and automatic tube output. Filling system adopted cam-drive and to-and-fro frames, so it can work quickly with good precision. The precision of location is very high because of the use of high precision tappet gear in translocation system. It is driven by chain. It has a high working efficiency because it works along both lines. The adjustable speed is available because we introduced frequency control in translocation motor.
It can be equipped with tube box, airproof chute, automatic feeding equipments, conveying worktable etc.
QB-GF-80A High Speed Automatic Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine introduced external heat mode, and applied to aluminum plastic tubes and plastic tubes.
QB-GF-80A -2 High Speed Automatic Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine is similar with 80A. QB-GF-80A -2 is also can be used in color-strip filling in split mode.
QB-GF-80B High Speed Automatic Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine adopted inner heat mode, and applied to processing plastic tube.
