QB-GF -50E/F Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetic, medical and food industry and it is fit for processing aluminum plastic composite tubes, plastic tubes, filling and sealing various kinds of creams, emulsions and oils etc.
This tube filling machine and tube sealing machine has many automatic functions such as: automatic feeding tube, align color control patch, filling and sealing, printing code and automatic putting out tubes. The machine would not filling materials and output blank tube in the condition of color control patch is misaligned. There is no waste in materials and tubes. We introduced imported PLC control system to ensure high precision and stability. QB-GF -50E/F tube filling machine and tube sealing machine introduced inner heat mode and “LEISTER” fan from Switzerland. Blow warm-air to inner wall of the tube from the bottom, the plastic would be melted, then seal the tube and print code. The parts contacted with materials are made from stainless steel, and the parts are acid resistant, alkali resistant and corrosion resistant. The pipes are all connected with high speed work carrier. It is high speed, smart and easy to load and unload. Feed valve is easy to clean due to the use of rotary valve. The precision of location is very high because of the use of high precision tappet gear in translocation system. The adjustable speed is available because we introduced frequency control in translocation motor.
QB-GF -50E tube filling machine and tube sealing machine does not equipped with tube box, QB-GF -50F Tube Filling Machine and Tube Sealing Machine equipped with tube box. Both of them can equipped with airproof chute, protection cover, heat-up chute, automatic feeding equipments etc.
