3. It will not fill materials and will send the tube out if the color code is misaligned.
4. QB-GF -50E is not equipped with tube box, QB-GF -50F is fitted with tube box. Airproof chute, protection cover, heat-up chute, automatic feeding equipment etc. are optional.

1. PLC control system is adopted to ensure the precision and stability of the machine.
2. This filling sealing machine, adopting inner heat mode, uses Switzerland “LEISTER” fan. Blow warm air to the inner wall of the tube to melt the plastic, and then seal the tube and print code.
3. The parts contacting materials are made of stainless steel, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
4. The pipes are all connected by high-speed work carrier, easy to assemble and unassemble.
5. Feed valve is easy to clean due to the use of rotary valve.
6. Precise location is achieved due to the use of high-precision cam dividing mechanism.
7. Since we introduced frequency control in translocation motor, adjustable speed is available.
