2. QB-GF-50A, adopting external heating mode, is heated with two electrothermal tubes controlled by four-channel temperature regulator. While QB-GF -50B, adopting inner heat mode, uses “LEISTER” fan from Switzerland.
3. The parts contacting materials are made of stainless steel, which are acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
4. The pipes are all connected by high-speed work carrier, which are easy to assemble and unassemble.
5. Feed valve is easy to clean due to the use of rotary valve.
6. Thanks to the use of high precision tappet gear in translocation system, the precision of location is very high.
7. The translocation motor adopts frequency control, so the operation speed is adjustable.
